Howdy, there! How has your day been? It’s a balmy 80 degrees here in South Carolina. Since I’m sitting here in shorts on this February day, I thought a post on iced tea would be apropos. I just discovered this delectable drink yesterday, and the great news is (if it’s late in the afternoon), de-caffeinated green tea works just as well!
Hello, All! How are you? This is my last blog post from Massachusetts and my last Wednesday, too. We’re less than one week away from our move down the east side of the United States. South Carolina better watch out — here we come. 😉
Hey, Everyone! I’m here today with a delicious granola-bar-type snack that I am eager to share. Mom found this recipe long ago on the interweb, and I will now pass it on. I made sunny-side-up fried eggs. Put all that goodness together and you have a Burger. (We also had french fries. They were good, too!)

They were amazingly fast, easy, and even more delicious!!! I got the recipe from an America’s Test Kitchen cookbook. After the biscuits, I took a break until 4:30. At 4:30, I started on the home-fries while Mom fried the […]
